• Prices are based on ink coverage up to 25%. Prices may vary upon review of final graphics.
• Full-bleed imprints or bleed to edge require special heat resistant inks and therefore, would require a special quote.

• Prepaid Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

• All orders must be covered by purchase orders.
• No order can be cancelled unless it is done in writing.
• Any portion of the order, i.e. art, plates, film, etc., prepared to manufacture the order will be invoiced at time of cancellation.
• All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee in addition to the charges previously described.

• Normal production time is two to three weeks after receipt of all approvals. Due to business seasonality, these dates may vary.
• Contact BAGS EXPRESS for any specific shipping date requirement.
• All orders requiring absolute dated completion of orders must be indicated by the customer in writing and must be discussed with BAGS EXPRESS before a firm commitment is made.
• Non absolute dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates.
• Merchandise manufactured must be accepted whether these dates are maintained or not.
• STOCK PROGRAMS: are available depending on size of the order. Please contact BAGS EXPRESS for more information.

All orders are subject to an overrun or under run as follows:

3M – 10M: +/- 25%

10M – 25M: +/- 20%

25M – 50M: +/- 15%

OVER 50M: +/- 10%

All invoices will be rendered for actual quantity shipped. Any special arrangements must be discussed with BAGS EXPRESS.

• Available film colors are white, black, cream, yellow and clear. Not all colors are available in all sizes and styles.
• Special film colors can be ordered upon request depending on the quantity of bags that is being ordered.
• Colors may vary slightly order to order due to variation of our supplies.
• Film and ink colors may vary within commercial tolerances.
• Different film gauges will affect film and ink colors.
• We refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS, see it here) when matching imprint colors.
• Due to the manufacturing process, bag sizes have a +/- tolerance of 0.25”.

• Print position will be at our discretion unless specified by customer.

• Artwork must be high resolution, camera ready file (vectorized, all fonts created to outlines)- preferably Adobe Illustrator (.ai files)
• Files with extension .TIFF, .JPG, PNG or .DOCX are not acceptable.
• We refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS) when matching imprint colors.
• Logo or print position will be at our discretion unless specified by customer.
• Plate cost does not include artwork.

• No order will be manufactured until a signed, approved proof is received by BAGS EXPRESS.
• Proof must be reviewed and approved by customer before proceeding. What you see on the Final Proof is exactly as we will print it, excluding the appearance of screens or movement caused by the printing process.
• Once a proof is approved, no claim or allowance of any kind will be allowed.

• No returns will be accepted without BAGS EXPRESS prior authorization.
• All shipments must be inspected when received. Damaged or missing cartons must be noted on the incoming freight bill upon delivery.
• Customer must file claim with the carrier immediately and notify BAGS EXPRESS.
